Mornington Communications is looking for four season photos that showcase our great community we live in and serve to create a 2012 calendar. It might be a landmark, a great scenery picture, an event or whatever you think says this is a great place to live!

Requirements – Photos can be a colour or black & white unmounted print, a mounted transparency/slide or a digital photo of at least 3.1 megapixels.

All entries must be submitted by November 14th, 2011 but photos do not necessarily have to be taken in the 2011 calendar year. Calendars will be available late December 2011.

Entries must include a complete entry form and model release form.  To protect photos, entries should be packaged with appropriate cardboard stiffeners, and if mailing slides, place them in plastic sleeves to preserve them.  The entry form must be firmly attached to the back of the photograph and/or plastic sleeve and can be mailed or delivered to:

Digital Photographs can be e-mailed to amustard@mornington.ca. Please don’t forget to attach the entry forms and model release forms.

By signing the entry form, the entrant grants Mornington Communications the unrestricted and exclusive right to use the photograph(s) for any purpose.  This includes, but is not limited to, publishing your photograph(s) in print or electronic form for promotional purposes without further compensation, and the right to use the photographers name as a credit along with the photograph.  The photographer must own the rights to any photographs submitted. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that publication of the photograph raises no legal claims.  Accordingly, you hereby agree to compensate Mornington Communications fully regarding any claims arising out of the use of your photograph(s).
