Block Hour Accounts
Effective January 2, 2012, customers will be restricted to the purchase of 25 hours of block time only. The hourly price will be reduced to that of the 100 hour account ( $.75 per hour) or $18.75 for 25 block hours of time. No further block hours purchases will be allowed following March 31st. Customers should be encourages to take one of our other products instead, including monthly dial up accounts.
We are allowing customers until March 31st, in order to give them three months’ notice. All Block hour accounts will cease on December 31, 2012. Any unused hours will be terminated. Customers can use the value of unused hours (based on their purchase price) to apply against any of our newer DSL products. If they have 35 hours, we will convert 25 ($29.95) If they have 55 , we would use 50 hours (49.95). This gives customers some options. Turbo Hubs and sticks are also great alternatives.

Payment of account is due by the 26th of each month or the next business day. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card, Pre-Authorized Payment through a bank account or credit card, Interac or online.
