Regulated Phone Service is a residential service available in the Mornington 595 exchange only. All other areas outside the 595 exchange serviced by Mornington are eligible to receive our Home Phone Service. The Regulated residential service is tariffed and complies with CRTC regulations concerning prices and service options. The Home Phone Service is an unregulated competitive service. Please refer to our online General Tariffs for other regulated services and their descriptions, or please call the office for assistance.
