  • Re-start your computer to see if this solves the problem. Call us if the problem returns.
  • Write down the exact wording of any error messages you receive. 
  • Is the problem e-mail from just one sender or from everyone? To verify, send a test message to your own e-mail address. Check to see if you received the message. 
  • Stay at your computer while calling us. We may need to check your computer settings.
  • Please identify your modem, operating system and software. 
  • If you have a high-speed connection, please note the results of your High Speed test.
